Terms of Service, Risk Disclosure & Privacy

Last updated: 2026. Please read these terms carefully. By creating an account, starting a free trial, or using Golden Indicators (the “Service”), you agree to them.

Important — please read first. Golden Indicators provides trade signals, market analysis and educational content. We are not a broker, we are not a registered investment adviser or portfolio manager, and we do not hold, manage, or have access to your money. Nothing we publish is personalised investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Trading leveraged products carries a high risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You should speak with a licensed professional before making any investment decision, and only trade with money you can afford to lose. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.

1. What the Service is

Golden Indicators sends trade signals (entry, stop loss and targets) and analysis on gold and index markets, delivered via Telegram and your member dashboard. An optional copy-trade feature lets trades mirror to your own brokerage account through your broker’s own copy facility. We never execute on, hold, or withdraw from your account — you connect and control it yourself at your broker.

2. Not advice; no adviser relationship

The signals and content are general information and education only. They are not a recommendation that any security, instrument or strategy is suitable for you, and using the Service does not create an advisory, fiduciary or brokerage relationship. We do not know your circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance. Always obtain independent advice from a licensed professional before acting.

3. Risk of loss; no guarantees

Leveraged trading (CFDs, indices, gold, forex) can result in losses that exceed your deposit at some brokers; you can lose some or all of your capital.
Past performance and any displayed or projected results are illustrative and do not guarantee future results. Projections on this site are a model, not a promise.
Signals may be delayed, contain errors, or be missed for technical reasons. We do not guarantee delivery, timing, availability or profitability.

4. Your responsibility & eligibility

You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that using the Service and trading these products is lawful where you live. You are responsible for complying with your local laws and tax obligations and for all decisions made on your own account. If trading these products is restricted where you are, do not use the copy-trade or signal features for that purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Indicators, its owners and operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, the signals, the analysis, or any copy-trade activity. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to cancel your subscription.

6. Subscriptions, trial & referrals

Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
New members may receive a free trial (currently 7 days, no card required). We may change or end trials at any time.
Referrals: when a member you referred becomes a paying member, you receive a credit (currently one free month). Credits have no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn for abuse.
Access to the signals and members’ group is tied to an active subscription or trial and is removed when access ends.

7. Acceptable use

Signals and content are for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or share them, or share your login or group access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or abuse the referral or trial system.

8. Privacy

We store the data you give us: your email, password (hashed), optional Telegram handle, and — for copy onboarding only — your broker account number. We never ask for or store your broker password. We use this data to operate your account and deliver signals, and we do not sell it. You can request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

9. Affiliates

We may earn a commission if you open a broker account through links we provide. This does not change your price and does not constitute a recommendation of any broker over another for your circumstances.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s province in Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
